Myanmar ‘s army changes mosques to “barracks”


Myanmar’s army laid siege since last Thursday morning in the village of Salifrang in Maungdaw of Arakan cordoned from all sides, and used mosques for military barracks.

A reporter of Arakan News Agency said that the army has taken a number of mosques, as “military barracks” and implementation of the raid and assault and looting operations against the population, mostly women and children.

The correspondent reported that the army is currently committing gross violations of humanity in the village, pointing out that the army has been desecrated mosques and pollution is burdensome in a way to provoke the feelings of Muslims
